DrumStick Recipe- Tempting and Palatable
Think of drum sticks and the first thing that strikes you is the Chinese style crunchy leg pieces served you at most top notch restaurants.
You might have had the pleasure of tasting the traditional drum sticks served all over the world, but here is a recipe of drum sticks with a fun twist to it.
Sounds weird? The recipe is quite easy to prepare yet filled with delicious flavors that will tempt you in making them again and again.
So, if you have the courage to experiment with something different, here is the recipe.
Chicken (legs) 6
Green chilies (chopped) 3-4
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Salt To taste
Red chili (flakes) 1 tablespoon
Black pepper (crushed) 1 teaspoon
Soya sauce 1 ½ tablespoon
Vinegar 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Onion (chopped finely) ½ cup
Flour 1 cup
Corn flour ½ cup
Maida For coating
Take chicken legs and debone them. Keep the bones aside, do not throw them away.
In a chopper add the deboned chicken, green chilies, vinegar, red chili flakes, salt, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, soya sauce and lemon juice. Chop until well combined.
Take out the chicken in a bowl, add finely chopped onion, corn flour, flour and beaten egg. Mix well.
Now, grease your hands with either water or oil.
Take a scoop of prepared chicken mixture and cover the bone with it, giving it the shape of drum stick.
Dip it in all-purpose flour (maida) and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
(Tip: after coating, the drum sticks can be placed in freezer up to a month without spoiling)
Your drumstick recipe is ready to be served.

Pineapple tang 1-2 small packets
Food colour (blue) For decoration
White fizzy drink ½ liter
Basil seeds 1 teaspoons
Add pineapple tang, lemon juice, basil seeds and a little water with blue food color in a blender and blend well.
Pour them in serving glasses and top it off with white fizzy drink.
Your ocean cocktail recipe is all ready to be served.
This recipe will make 2-3 glasses. It has a unique taste which is pleasantly shocking. Add a few ice cubes to make it super cold and soothe yourself with it at iftar time.
