This Eid try out this eggless mango mousse recipe and create the perfect ending for your Eid meal.
Mango pulp ½ cup
600 ml Heavy whipping cream (chilled) ½ cup
Gelatin dissolved in ¼ cup of warm water 2 sachets
Condensed milk 1 can
In a blender, add mango pulp, condensed milk and gelatin. Blend until puree is formed and set aside.
Before whipping the cream, make sure to keep it in the freezer for about 30 minutes to 1 hours or else it won’t whip to the desired results.
(Tip: Place the hand beater in freezer as well for 30 minutes for better results)
Now, whip the cream till you see stiff peaks forming.
Gradually add the mango puree and with a gentle hand fold it in until everything is mixed evenly.
Place in a serving bowl and decorate with mango jelly or mango slices and serve chilled.
